CANADIAN trio Triumph’s touring return after 32 years will be propped up by members of Bon Jovi and Slash’s Co-conspirators.
There were raised eyebrows when the storied Canucks joined compatriot veterans Rush in hauling their aging posteriors back out on the road in 2026 for an extensive North American tour.
While Triumph had reconvened around a well-received tribute album earlier this year, the members – aged 76 and two at 72 – had freely discussed their capabilities being impaired by age.
The tour starts in Marie, Ontario on April 22 and concludes in Boston on June 6 and it was announced the classice line-up of Mike Levine, Gil Moore and Rik Emmett would be involved.
A day after the tour announcement, tbe trio issued a statement to address fan chatter. Bon Jovi’s Phil X – who was previously a member of Triumph – will be on guitar, while Co-conspirators band-mates Todd Kerns (bass) and Brent Fitz (drums) will also be along for the ride.
“This is not a tribute tour,” the band said on Twitter.
Another legendary Canadian band, April Wine, will act as support on the tour.
