NORTHLANE have pushed back their Australian tour due to the worsening health of guitarist Josh Smith.

In an announcement on Wednesday, the band noted that Smith has “been dealing with significant, rapidly worsening chronic health issues over the last two years and now requires immediate intervention.”

The band’s Australian tour, due to start early next month, will now be postponed until May 2027. Northlane had earlier cancelled their scheduled appearance on this week’s Hellbound Cruise.

Additionally, production issues have delayed the release of forthcoming album Anemoia until November 27.

In some good news, the band’s latest single “Deathwish” is out now.
