FAITH No More’s Billy Gould has confirmed the alt-metal legends will tour next year – and that their itinerary will include Australia.
Yesterday we brought you the news that FMN had signed with a new touring company and had pushed the inscription ‘2027’ out on their social media channels.
Now Serbian journalist Jadranka Janković NeÅ¡ić has dropped her second big interview on her new YouTube channel – the first one was Dennis Stratton – and it’s Faith No More bassist Gould.
“We’re gonna do it,” Gould says. “We’re gonna play. We’re definitely going to be in Europe. We’re definitely going to be in South America and Australia and the US… I think probably our shows will start around like January or February next year.
“Our music is pretty physical and pretty soon we’re not going to be able to do this the way we wrote it.
“We wrote it as 20-year-olds and it’s always been very physical. It has to be that way. I can’t play the song if I’m not like that, honestly.
“We all decided … we can do it for a few more years, we can do it the right way.
“So we’re going to give it a go.”
