WHEN Geoff Tate’s Queensryche released an album called Frequency Unknown in 2013, the cover attracted some added attention.
The illustration was a fist adorned with rings spelling out the letters ‘FU’ – interpreted by many as a message to his former bandmates, with whom he had split just another year before that, in 2012.
Fans were also asked to send in video rants about the record with Tate to respond, an offer many took up.
