AN autopsy report obtained by TMZ has revealed that the Dead Kennedys’ D.H. Peligro died from a drug overdose.

Peligro was found dead in his home on October 28 last year. He was 63.

It was initially reported that he had died as a result of a blow to the head suffered in a fall.

It has now been revealed that a combination of heroin and fentanyl caused him to succumb to a fatal overdose.

The autopsy also showed that the drummer was suffering from a form of lung cancer but this did not contribute to his death.
