DRUMMER Brian Tichy says he was “kicked out” of the Dead Daisies, to be replaced by the returning Tommy Clufetos.
Tichy, the 55-year-old former Whitesnake skinsman, posted on Twitter a cartoon of man flying out of a door with a boot protruding from the doorway with the words “I was kicked out of the Dead Daisies. More to come”.
Clufetos, the 44-year-old ex-Black Sabbath member, was recently announced as a member of the Australian-based supergroup for upcoming US dates.
In a band statement, singer John Corabi said: “We’ve also brought back our long-time buddy (and Daisies alumni) Tommy Clufetos to kick this new music in the teeth.”
