AFTER teasing an announcement at the beginning of the month, the world’s most unique and remote heavy music festival is returning in 2027.
Blacken Open Air will return to NT’s Ross River Resort next year between April 30 and May 3.
Held on the sacred grounds of Inteye-Arrkwe, in Arrernte country, Blacken Open Air X: SOLAR will be the tenth time the festival has been celebrated since it began as Blacken the Globe in 2013, and its fourth staging at Ross River Resort.
