Inflight wifi a gift from Heaven for Michael Sweet as new George Lynch collab drops

MICHAEL Sweet has made the most of inflight wifi between Auckland and Los Angeles, responding to comments about the latest Sweet And Lynch release.

The Stryper frontman has been Down Under for three weeks on tour, his latest collaboration with the iconic Dokken axeman dropping as he left the City Of Sails.

The album Heart and Sacrifice, Sweet And Lynch’s third, is out via Frontiers on May 19.

“I’m on a plane flying from New Zealand to Los Angeles reading all the comments,” Sweet, 59, wrote on YouTube.

“To everyone who gets it – thank you! This is an appetizer before the main course.

“To those who don’t? You most likely never will. But you see, that just doesn’t matter. George and I love it! We love what we do and we do what we love.

“That’s what matters. We’re happy. We’re both extremely excited about this album. We’re blessed.

“To the majority – thank you for listening and supporting and for being kind for 40 years. GL and MS appreciate you.”
