AEROSMITH have announced details of their two upcoming all-star shows at the Hollywood Bowl.
In an event that has more than a few echoes of Black Sabbath’s Back To The Beginning, Aerosmith will be joined by guests including The Black Crowes, Run DMC, Heart, Andrew Watt, Billy Idol, Chad Smith, Duff McKagan, Jerry Cantrell, Mike Inez, Nuno Bettencourt, Sammy Hagar, Slash,Steve Stevens, Sully Erna, Tom Morello and Kenny Aronoff with Don Was as musical director.
As previously reported, the shows will be on October 31 and November 1. It has not been announced which artists will be joining Aersomith on which nights.
Many other details are unclear, including whether drummer Joey Cramer will be returning for the shows.
“Even more artists, special guests, and surprise appearances will be announced in the weeks ahead,” the band said in a statement.
The band is “promising unforgettable collaborations and unexpected moments across both nights. The lineup will vary each night. Final nightly lineups will be announced at or near showtime and are subject to change.”
Tickets go on sale on October 10.
