THIS month’s scheduled tour by LA death metal pioneers Sadistic Intent has been thrown into chaos due to visa problems.
All but two of the band’s planned shows – in Taiwan and Shanghai – have been cancelled due to an inability to secure travel documents.
While the band makes the promise to reschedule at a later date, it is now unlikely for the tour to include Australia. The Australian promoter of the shows has posted that financial losses incurred by the cancellation – especially non-refundable flights – makes it impossible for him to back any future Sadistic Intent tour.
