BRITISH favourites Little Angels have announced they have reformed and will tour in November.
Singer Toby Jepson will be joined by the lineup that recorded Little Angels’ 1993 album Jam – guitarist Bruce Dickinson, keyboard player Jim Dickinson, bassist Mark Plunkett and drummer Mark Richardson.
It’s their first shows since 2014 and support on all dates – which for now are UK only and run from November 12 t0 28 – is Thunder guitarist Luke Morley.
Jepson was quoted in a statement as saying: ““We have the best fans in the world. For nearly 40 years they’ve stood by the band despite the rarity of shows and new music.
“It feels like the right time to come back together, for all the right reasons. Playing music as friends, for friends, because we love it.”
Little Angels were formed in Scarborough in 1984. Jam was a UK number one album and the band also enjoyed considerable chart success with singles in their homeland.
They recorded just four albums, the most recent in 1994.
