THE original heavy metal cruise, 70000 Tons of Metal, returns in 2025 and the first list of bands appearing has been released. Departing Miami, Florida on January 30 for a round trip to Ocho Rios, Jamaica, more than 60 bands will play two sets each, along with plenty of onshore activities to persue.
Thirteen bands have signed on to next year’s cruise so far, with several dozen more to follow: Emperor, Candlemass, Stratovarius, Tankard, Kalmah, The Kovenant, Septicflesh, Flotsam & Jetsam, In Extremo, Samael, Majestic, Benighted and Delain.
