BIG Noter, the rap/alterna-metal band featuring rapper/comedian Briggs and former Sleep Parade guitarist Leigh Davies, have announced the release date for their debut album.

Songs in the Key of Wrestling will be released through Island Records on September 18.

The band, who came to national attention last year when they were chosen to tour nationally with Karnivool, released the album’s first single this week. According to Briggs, “F.M.D.” deals with the myths and racism shaping the nation’s conversations about Aboriginal people, and the acronym stand for exactly what you might expect.

Ahead of the album’s release, Big Noter will be doing a quick tour of the east coast capitals in August and September.

AUGUST 14: Crowbar, Brisbane
AUGUST 15: Crowbar, Sydney
SEPTEMBER 19: The Tote, Melbourne
