A FUND-raising campaign has been launched to help cover the medical costs of drummer James Baker, one of Australia’s most revered rock musicians.

A fixture of the music scene since the 1970s, Baker has kept time for Hoodoo Gurus, Beasts of Bourbon, The Scientists, The Victims, Dubrovniks and more. Last year he was forced to retire for medical reasons following a tour with The Victims. Baker was diagnosed with liver cancer in 2015 and is currently undergoing specialist medical care. Support Act has launched a fund-raiser to help he and his wife cover the costs of his treatment, with a goal of $50,000.

Make a pledge here to help one of Australia’s music legends.
