SKID ROW bassist Rachel Bolan has announced his debut solo album, having not only finished it but released the first single at the same time.
Gargoyle Of The Garden State will be out on June 12 and feature a host of guest musicians including Corey Taylor, Nuno Bettencourt, Damon Johnson, Steve Conte, and fellow Skid Row members Scotti Hill, Dave “Snake” Sabo and Rob Hammersmith.
The first single, “At War With Myself”, features Canadian rocker Danko Jones and can be seen and heard below.
“Gargoyle of the Garden State is not a project, it is every bit of my soul,” Bolan, 62, says in the press blurb.. “Like me, it knows when to be serious and also knows where the party is.
“It was incredible to work with so many of my talented friends an experience I wish everyone could have at least once.”
