THE Greek Theater in Los Angeles is a storied venue for the Black Crowes – it’s where they recorded their seminal live album with Jimmy Page, Live At The Greek.
And a few nights ago their concert there was anything but routine once more when Rolling Stone Ronnie Wood joined them onstage for a rendition of The Faces’ “Stay With Me”.
Wood was, of course, a member of the Rock N Roll Hall Of Fame-inducted Faces.
The Black Crowes are touring their latest slbum Happiness Bastards and shift their focus from North America to Europe next month.
