IT’S another big week of tour announcements and festival updates, and as usual we aim to keep you in the loop.
With the Good Things Festival only a week out, lots of news came in today with the biggest story being the sudden cancellation of Billy Corgan’s planned sideshows with The Delta Riggs – a group he has so far never met nor rehearsed with. Refunds will be given for all ticket holders to the proposed shows in Adelaide, Sydney and Melbourne. In further news on the festival, Cali punks Destroy Boys have had to withdraw from the tour, with Alex Lahey steeping up to take their place on the bill. Lahey was previously billed as support to their side shows. More local talent has been added to the bill too, with Battle of the Bands winners Body Prison (Melbourne), Pyrefly (Sydney) and Brisbane’s Cosmica opening the shows in their home towns. Belle Haven, Inertia and Bad Neighbour have also been included to each of Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane’s events.
Find out more at the Good Things Festival website.
