TICKETS to the big events and tours are definitely not being left lying around despite the overcrowded market for touring Australia right now.
Iron Maiden have already announced extra shows in Sydney and Melbourne just on the strength of pre-sale and advance tickets alone; official tickets for the tour go on sale today. Brisbane’s Good Things festival has already sold out and Bring Me the Horizon’s shows in Sydney and Brisbane have also brought up the house full sign this week, within hours of being announced.
Other festivals are also doing well. Adelaide’s Froth and Fury Festival featuring Suicidal Tendencies, The Halo Effect, The Butterfly Effect, Sunk Loto, Alien Weaponry, RedHook and more on November 18 has fewer than 500 tickets left with the venue expanding into surrounding streets to cater for the demand.
