NICK Simmons and Evan Stanley, the sons of KISS’ Gene and Paul, have announced details of what will be their debut album.
Dancing While The World Is Ending will be released on August 28. A new single, the third, called “Temporary Love”, will come out on May 8.
The duo will also play its first live show next week in San Diego, California, at the House Of Blues followed by a short West Coast run.
So far, all the material the pair has released has been best described as folk rock.
Paul Stanley told radio station WCSX:“It’s amazing that totally organically, Evan, my son and Nick, Gene’s son, about a year ago started making music together.
“They’ve known each other their whole lives, but this bond they’ve had with music and this album they’ve done is crazy good. I heard it and I just went ‘wow, this is nuts.’ And it’s nothing like KISS, but it’s so smart, and the writing is great.”
