AEROSMITH’S Steven Tyler has enjoyed a triumphant return to the stage at a benefit concert he hosted at Hollywood Palladium.

Tyler, 76, looked to have made a successful recovery from vocal chord surgery when he joined The Black Crowes on stage in London on July 13 – but without warning, Aerosmith then cancelled already-delayed tour dates and announced their retirement.

At the weekend Tyler was back, performing six songs with an all-star cast at the Janie’s Fund Grammys watch party. Extreme’s Nuno Bettencourt was with him for each.

Mick Fleetwood joined the duo for “More Than Words”, Lainey Wilson for “Dream On”, Then there was a reunion with Aerosmith’s Tom Hamilton for Crowe Chris Robinson to perform “Sweet Emotion”, before English singer Jesse J came to the stage for “Heartbreaker” and “Toys In The Attic”.

Janie’s Fund benefits women who have suffered neglect as well as victims of the recent LA fires.
