WHEN tours, or tour dates, are cancelled it’s often because of poor ticket sales.
But promoters will usually try to save face by doing anything but admit this. After all, they’re called “promoters” so if tickets don’t sell….
So kudos to Hard Life Touring for coming out and admitting this is why Adelaide and Perth have been scratched from the upcoming Aussie visit of English rockers The Treatment.
“Unfortunately it’s just not viable to take a tour like this there this time,” they said.
However, the tour has also been postponed until November, from May.
Canberra has been added to the trek, while the venue in Newcastle has changed.
