FORMER Tesla guitarist Tommy Skeoch has abruptly quit the band that was relaunching his career, Resist and Bite.
A fortnight ago the 61-year-old posted a video on Facebook saying he was heading out on tour with Resist and Bite in California before linking up with Bad Marriage who are part of package bill with Enuff Z’Nuff and Quireboys.
But Skeoch posted: “I will no longer b playing in Resist&Bite , those shows in California were my last with them.
“I wanna thank everyone for the love and support I have received throughout…
Check out my band Bad Marriage I’m rocking in now.
“We’re on the road now & can’t wait to rock ur town. Looking forward to a musical journey with these cats.”
Resist and Bite’s Facebook page subsequently switched to retrospective mode.
Bad Marriage was formed in Boston in 2015. Tesla’s Brian Wheat produced their most recent EP, Artificial Mind.
