THE contentious Pandemonium Rocks festival has clarified the picture regarding this month’s events – but many fans are unhappy that it is refusing full refunds despite being significantly scaled down.

Deep Purple, Dead Kennedys and Placebo are off the bill for the festival, which will visit Melbourne, Sydney, Gold Coast and Brisbane with sideshows in Newcastle. It has been scaled back to a one-stage event, too.

But promoters Apex Entertainment are not offering full refunds to those unhappy with the changes, instead giving fans the option of a $70 refund, a GA ticket per full price ticket purchased or a hoody.

Many fans who booked travel and claimed to not be interested in the remaining bands have demanded full refunds. Ticket seller Oztix is referring them to the promoters.

Anyone who does not nominate one of the listed options by April 12 will automatically get the $70 refund.
