LEGENDARY US hard rock act Kix have pulled down the curtain on a 45-year-career.
Former members Ronnie Younkins and Brad Divens (both guitarists) joined the Steve Whiteman-fronted group for a career-spanning set at Merriweather Post Pavilion.
At the end of an 18-song set included several medleys, Whiteman thanked members of the band’s organisation by name, inviting several up on stage for a bow.
The band decided to call it a day with age catching up with several members.
“I’ve got a lot of family here and friends. So long! That’s all folks!” were Whiteman’s last words on stage.
