JOHN Corabi is back in Dead Daisies and has been joined by bassist Michael Devin.
Rock icon Glenn Hughes replaced two people when he joined David Lowy’s collective in 2019 and – with perfect symmetry – it has taken two people to replace him.
Former Motley Crue singer Corabi left the multi-national band a few months earlier due to its hectic touring schedule.
In a very modern way, the band announced the line-up change not with a press release but a social media video in which Corabi appears in the final few frames.
When a follower commented that it was Corabi and Devin in the video, the band responded: “These guys are so ready to rock for you so it’s great that your (sic) ready to join them for some rock n roll fun.”
Devin was a member of Whitesnake for a decade until 2021. No reason has been given for Hughes’ departure but he has solo dates playing Deep Purple songs in the books until November.
