JUST in case you heaven’t already heard, punk/funk super groovers Infectious Grooves will be in Australia in April – as part of this year’s Bluesfest.

Bluesfest has been drifiting further and further from its blues and roots core over recent years, and 2024’s already massive line-up will include the heaviest band to ever appear there when Mike Muir’s Suicidal Tendencies spin-off plays on the final day.

With ex-Slipknot drummer Jay Weinberg taking Brooks Wackerman’s place for the tour, Infectious Grooves 2024 also features ex-STs guitarist Dean Pleasance plus Dave Kushner of Velvet Revolver and, of course, Metallica’s Rob Trujillo. The superest group of all super groups is also hinting at other shows while they’re here, so at least one member of Metallica will remember what playing in Australia’s like.

Tickets for Bluesfest are available now.

Dean Pleasance is not an ex suicidal tendencies, he plays since 1997 and always plays in Infectious… and he still play in ST.. you can said that Trujillo is an ex Suicidal member but not a new member From Infectious, he starts the project with Mike Muir
