AEROSMITH have cancelled their farewell tour and announced that they have ended as a band, effective immediately.
In a statement released this morning, the band say they have made the decision to cancel all further live activity. Despite the best efforts of Steve Tyler to recover from his vocal injury, he has continued to struggle, and therefore Aerosmith “have made a heartbreaking and difficult, but necessary, decision – as a band of brothers – to retire from the touring stage.”
