ANGRY Anderson may be taking some time off but the rest of Rose Tattoo have used the opportunity to go into the recording studio and – it would seem – work on some new music.

Social media posts show Mark Evans (bass), Paul Demarco (drums), Mick Arnold (slide) and Ronnie Simmons (guitar) “tracking ideas” at Studio Bleus in Windsor, Western Sydney.

“Who knows what the future holds? As Ango says ‘Never say never’,” the band’s official accounts said.
Rose Tattoo also posted on the studio’s Facebook page saying “looking forward to doing it again soon”.
It’s been 16 years since the Tatts recorded their last album of new music, Blood Brothers. Re-recorded songs feature on the 2020 release Outlaws.
Any new material would mark the first to feature former AC/DC member Evans plus Simmons and Arnold.
The legendary Australian act recently postponed remaining shows for this year so singer Anderson could attend to unspecified medical issues.
